Harmony Landing is not your everyday neighborhood. For those that prefer subdivisions that have a variety of styles and construction types of homes, you will love Harmony Landing. Homes in Harmony Landing have various construction types such as brick, log, stone, and stucco. Styles of Harmony Landing houses vary from Cape Cod, ranch, two-story traditional, colonial, and contemporary homes. Lots in Harmony Landing are large and typically wooded. In Harmony Landing, you will usually find a minimum of one acre per lot and some will have up to three to four acres! The homes in Harmony Landing that are under $200,000 usually have under an acre.

Harmony Landing is in the Oldham County School District. The following schools are the home schools for Harmony Landing: Harmony Elementary, North Oldham Middle School, and North Oldham High School. Harmony Landing and North Oldham High School are two of the four schools of distinction in the Oldham County School District. North Oldham Middle School is one of the four highest-performing schools in the Oldham County School District.
