WOLF TRACE is a neighborhood in the 40059 zip code, in southeastern Prospect. From Chamberlain Lane, you would turn into Chanteclair Drive which is the entrance to the Wolf Trace subdivision. This is a relatively new subdivision of homes that sell in the 200’s. These are in Jefferson County and listed in the Louisville MLS as MLS area 9. SHOPPING IN THE WOLF TRACE AREA

Wolf Trace is close to Brownsboro Road which is exit 34 off the Gene Snyder Freeway. The Norton Health Care complex is just down Chamberlain Lane and Costco is next door to them. Further west on Brownsboro Road will bring you to the Summit Plaza and its myriad of shopping opportunities. Since we are so close to the Gene Snyder and I-71, you can reach most of eastern Louisville in less than 20 minutes.

Hunting Creek Country Club is just a couple of miles north and Glen Oaks Country Club is a couple of miles east. You will find several great golf courses in the Louisville area.

SCHOOLS IN THE WOLF TRACE AREA

Ballard High School is a pretty big high school and where most graduate in this area. It appears that Kammerer Middle School would be the middle school for Wolf Trace residents and Chancey Elementary School will probably get them started.
