Luxury Homes Louisville KY

There are several luxury homes currently being developed in Louisville and surrounding areas right now. Each of these neighborhoods features homes over $600,000. 

Landis Springs- This subdivision is located off South Beckley Station Rd. in Middletown. Landis Springs has a mix of ranch style and two-story homes. This neighborhood is far from cookie cutter. You will find a variety of styles and construction types. Many homes are brick with stone accents.  Landis Springs was developed by River Glen Builders Inc. 

Elmcroft- This neighborhood is located off U.S. 42 (Brownsboro Rd.) in the 40241 zip code. Homes in Elmcroft are over $900,000, with many over the $1 million dollar mark! Homes are large as well, some even close to 10,000 total square feet. There are a variety of builders that were involved in developing this neighborhood such as Amos Martin, Buddy Cox Builder, and much more. 

Glenview Park- Located off Lime Kiln in the 40222, Glenview is a luxury neighborhood filled with custom built homes by the some of the best builders in the area. New home prices are close to million dollars but some are over a million. 

Norton Commons- Located off Highway 1694 in the Louisville portion of Prospect, you will find one of the most sought-after neighborhoods in Louisville, Norton Commons. This subdivision was one of the sites for Homearama 2016. Some of the builders involved in developing homes in Norton Commons include Artisan Signature Homes, Burrus Architecture & Construction LLC, Castlebuilt Homes, Hardy Builders LLC, and much more. Norton Commons is a 'multi-use' development with homes and over 60 businesses!

Spring Farm Lake- This subdivision is located off Wolf Pen Branch in the Louisville portion of Prospect.  Spring Farm Lake was one of the featured neighborhoods for Homearama 2015. Some of the builders involved in developing this neighborhood include P.L. Lyons Architectural Builders, Landmark Custom Homes by Dogwood, and Sunshine Builders. Most homes are in the $760,000 to over a million.

Highland Hills- Highland Hills can be found off Paoli Pike in prestigious Floyds Knobs, IN. This is a European-inspired neighborhood that has homes in the $700,000 price range with around 4,000 to 5,000 total square feet per home. Floyds Knobs is in the award winning school district, Floyd Central. 

Poplar Woods Estate- Poplar Woods Estates is located off Highway 42 in Goshen in the award winning Oldham County school district. This subdivision will be one of the sites for Homearama 2017. Stonecroft Homes and Provident were two of the builders responsible for developing some of the homes in this neighborhood. These homes are in the $700,000 to $900,000 price range.
