Many of the homes in Audubon Park were built in the early 1900s. Because of the number of historic landmarks and homes in Audubon Park, the neighborhood was entered into the National Register of Historic Places in 1996. The most common styles of homes in Audubon Park are cape cods and colonial style but there are other styles as well. The price range of homes and condos in Audubon Park range from $80,000 to $600,000. Homes in this area are mainly brick but some are vinyl or stone.

Unlike many older homes in other areas of Louisville, several of the homes in Audubon Park do have basements. Garages are common but not every home has one. There are several one car garages and some two car garages. One to four bathrooms and two to six bedrooms are usually what you’ll find in this neighborhood. Some of the homes have been restored with modern day updates. However, many of the same homes have preserved much of the historic charm found in these homes.

Audubon Park Country Club

Audubon Park Country Club is a popular country club in the area that includes a golf course, restaurant, tennis course, and a swimming. Audubon Park Country Club also has space available to rent for weddings and parties as well. Audubon Park Country Club is located on Robin Rd. and has several homes on that same street. Some of the other residential streets in Audubon Park close to the country club are Belmar Drive, Cardinal Drive, and Nightingale Road.
