Heritage Place Homes for Sale

Take Highway 22 and you will find the lovely neighborhood called Heritage Place. Heritage Place is located in Crestwood, not far from Peggy Baker Park. Heritage Place was developed in the 1990s. In Heritage Place, you will find a lot of brick homes and many ranches. Heritage Place homes have very spacious lots. Most of the homes in this subdivision have over an acre. Some of the homes are very set back from the street, adding more privacy. Prices range from $260,000 to $375,000. For the most part, these are pretty updated homes. You will see that many of the owners have invested money in updates such as granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, new fixtures, and hardwood floors. Usually, these homes have two to three bathrooms and three to five bedrooms. A lot of these homes have a basement and most of the basements are finished walkout basements.

SHOPPING NEAR HERITAGE PLACE

For grocery shopping, there is a Kroger and Walmart just a few miles away from Heritage Place. If you are looking for more of a shopping center or mall, you will want to travel to Louisville. Most of the shopping centers in Louisville are going to be between 20-40 minutes away from Heritage Place. If you head south on I-71   to the Gene Synder (I-265), you can go to The Paddock Shops in Louisville. The Paddock Shops are going to have such stores as Express, Barnes and Noble, Bath and Body Works, Gap, and much more. There are also several options for dining at The Paddock Shops. The Paddock Shops has such restaurants as Stoney River, Five Guys Burgers and Fries, Drakes, Martinis, Mitchell’s Fish Market, and much more. The other shopping centers in Louisville are Oxmoor Mall, Saint Matthews Mall, Westport Village, and Middletown Commons. Downtown La Grange is another place you could go shopping as well. Downtown La Grange has many consignment stores, bridal shops, art stores, craft stores, etc. 

OTHER THINGS TO DO IN AND AROUND CRESTWOOD

Oldham County has a great YMCA and Aquatic Center.  They also have some great soccer fields.  If golf is your thing, the closest golf course is Oldham County Country Club off Highway 393. The country club offers individual and family memberships.  They also have a large swimming pool, two tennis courts, and a clubhouse.  The golf course is open to the public as well.   Other public courses are Nevel Meade Golf Course in Prospect or Eagle Creek golf course in LaGrange.

SCHOOLS NEAR HERITAGE PLACE 

Heritage Place is in the Oldham County School District. The following schools are the home schools to Heritage Place: Camden Station Elementary School, East Oldham County Middle School, and South Oldham High School. Oldham County School District is recognized in the state of Kentucky as one of the best school districts. East Oldham County Middle School is one of the four highest-performing schools.
