Welcome to Prestwick Estates! Located right off of Highway 33, Prestwick Estates is a lovely subdivision located in La Grange. Homes in Prestwick Estates range from $200,000 to $300,000.  Homes began to be built in this subdivision in the late 1990s and some are still being built today. There are a few homes that have sold for less than $200,000 in the last few years, however, these homes were short sales. You are going to see mainly brick homes in this neighborhood. There are a few exceptions of homes that have both vinyl and brick but mostly all brick. You will find all different shades of brick in this neighborhood as well. Many of the homes are either tan, brown, or red brick. Homes in Prestwick Estates are usually 1,500 to 2,900 square feet. Many of these homes have two car garages. Most of the garages are attached to the front of the home while a few are attached to the back of the home.

There are also several golf courses in surrounding counties in Oldham County such as Nevel Meade, Sleepy Hollow, GlenOaks, Hunting Creek, and Harmony Landing Country Club.
LaGrange is home to Fall Rock Park, The Quarry. The rock quarry is a swimming hole that many locals enjoy visiting. At the Quarry, you can rent a float or bring your own. Some people camp at the Quarry but you must make a reservation. The address for The Quarry is 2201 Fendley Mill Rd La Grange, KY 40031. The Quarry is only about five miles away from Prestwick Estates.
