There are a few restaurants around Crestwood as well such as Red Pepper Deli, Gustavo’s Mexican Grill, Rikishi, Texican’s Barbeque Pit, and A Taste of Thai.

Westwood East is in the Oldham County School District. The following schools are the home schools for Westwood East: Camden Station Elementary, East Oldham Middle School, and South Oldham High School. East Oldham Middle School is one of four highest-performing schools in the Oldham County School District.
